Tubular Coils
Tubular coils either with Teflon insulation or epoxy phenolic paint insulation are normally used in vacuum tube welding machines, they can be 2, 3 and 4 turns, we also manufacture these coils under special customer specifications.

Teflon insulation: 100% pure Teflon in different diameters and thicknesses for the manufacture of Work Coils
Paint insulation: Baked-on paint is another type of insulation used in tubular coils, some for specialized jobs such as welding aluminum, copper or brass pipes, and/or profiles in special manufacturing processes.
